When I need to quiet my mental chatter; Repetition of a word or sound for example doing mantras during meditation can be such a large help. Repetition of movements are another great way to quiet mental chatter; Using mala beads is a way to repeat a movement to product relaxation. Doing these repetitions can help to trigger a relaxation response.

Chakrasana also known as Urdva Dhanurasana is a back bend where you place the soles of your feet and the palms of your hands on the floor as your belly is stretched

Nutrition

You can have a health transformation by substituting food that is high in fats, sugars, sodium for an option that is delicious and nutritious. Try eggs, oatmeal or yogurt for breakfast. Choose an apple or a banana as a snack. You can eat as many vegetables and fruits as you want all day. Avoid a bad carbohydrate go with brown rice, quinoa, couscous or whole wheat pasta.
